Prepaid Single Membership (2023-27) – Non-Refundable

This is for single member households who are prepaying dues and fees for a period of 5 years, and includes both the dues ($2,075) and the capital improvement fee ($375) for five years, running through the 2027 season. This figure does not include the credit card processing fee of 2.9%.

This payment plan is subject to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Selection of this payment plan provides for dues payments and capital improvement fees for calendar year 2023 through 2027 ONLY.

  2. No other fees are included in this payment. Members are responsible for payment of any optional fees such as guest fees and swim team fees.

  3. Capital assessments beyond 2024 are not included in this payment. If membership votes for a capital assessment, Members are responsible for payment of those fees in the year in which they are assessed. Failure to pay future capital assessments will result in the member no longer being in good standing and thus forfeiture of their membership.

  4. A member may change their membership type in 2024, 2025, 2026 and 2027 in conformance with the by-laws. No fees will be assessed and no refunds will be given for decreasing the family size of a membership (e.g., moving from a family membership to a couple membership). A fee may apply to members who request to increase their membership type (e.g., from a single to a couple membership). In the event a fee applies, the Board will determine the fee schedule.

  5. All dues and capital improvement fees associated with this prepayment are non-refundable and non-transferable.

  6. Should any future early bird discounts or incentives be offered to renewing members in good standing, no refunds or credits will be applied to those who select this plan.

  7. All other terms and conditions of membership apply. Nothing in this prepayment agreement abates the current Terms and Conditions with respect to membership.
