Absentee

The status of “absentee” is for Voting members who know they will be away for the upcoming season and want to return to the pool the next year.

Before May 1st, the Members must notify the membership-chair in writing & pay the fee.  Absentee members get NO access to the pool for the entire season. They are allowed to keep their Voting membership if they renew the following season. Should they fail to renew the following season their share is forfeit.  In effect all of a Voting membership rights are suspended, except that you can come back the next year.
