Start your Sunday strong with an upbeat, low-impact fitness class that will leave you feeling great. From 9-10 a.m. on July 28 and August 11 OpenBarre Studios of College Park (openbarrestudios.com) will lead a barre class with a view of our beautiful pool. Barre combines elements of Pilates, yoga, and ballet for a full-body workout. No prior barre experience necessary. Registration is required via the links below and the cost is $10 (sales final). Please bring a towel or yoga mat and plenty of water. You can do this workout barefoot, perfect for poolside! Ages 16 and up, please. Hope to see you there!
